Isis Software created Non-Profit Fundraising for Dynamics SL more
than five years ago for foundation a client. We have added features to
it over the years and have resold it nationwide. Now you can benefit
from this software product free of charge. This product meets most
needs for any non-profit organization.
What is Microsoft Dynamics SL? Dynamics SL is a great Microsoft
accounting system for organizations to manage their General Ledger,
Accounts Payable, Projects and more.

in the Dynamics SL VB.Net Tool Kit and has the exact same look and

In order to utilize the Non-Profit Fund
Raising module for Dynamics SL, you will need the following:
1. A Server that meets the minimum requirements for
Dynamics SL.
2. A Microsoft Server Operating System (Microsoft
Small Business Server 2003 or Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008).
3. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2005 (Small Business
SQL Server version can be used too)
4. A single user version of Dynamics SL 6.5* or
higher.
Note: All of the above are available through Isis in packaged deals.

You can license additional users by simply requesting
additional licenses in increments of 5 (higher quantities
are available) and paying the administrative processing fee
of $100.00.

There are NO hidden costs. This is how
upgrades, etc. are administered:
1. Software Maintenance: There are no
software maintenance fees. In order to save your non-profit
organization money, we don’t charge for software
maintenance. Instead, when Microsoft upgrades Dynamics SL,
we will estimate the cost to upgrade
the software, and divide it among all of the organizations
using the software. For example, if the upgrade will cost us
$25,000.00, and there are 1000 non-profit users, the cost to
upgrade per organization is only $25.00.
2. Additional functionality: If new features
are desired by organizations, Isis will email all the
current non-profits and see who would also like to use the
new feature. We will then add that new feature into the
product and the costs are shared amongst those who agreed to
add this feature. This feature will become part of the
product and will be upgraded with the rest of the product in
the future.
3. Software bugs: Isis will maintain the most
recent version and will troubleshoot bugs based on priority.
Isis will only support the most recent version of Dynamics
SL. As new versions are released, old versions will no
longer have bug repairs free of charge.

need assistance with implementation of the product or
training in the use of the module.
Isis staff are available to help you succeed. We will also
have training video DVDs, which will be available for
purchase.
*A single user version of the Microsoft
Dynamics SL accounting product is
around $2,500.00.
**Initial license for the product requires a $100 dollar
administrative process fee.
